RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your Girl In Mind purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items in their original condition.
Returns Timeframes
Full-price items: return within 21 days from the date of order.
Sale items: return within 14 days from the date of order.
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and have all original tags attached. Items marked with make-up, fake tan, perfume, body lotions, body odour or other signs of wear may be refused.
How to Return
Please use our Returns Portal HERE to arrange your return.
You will receive a Royal Mail label or QR code. Please use your label within 7 days of issue and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
For refunds back to your original payment method, a return fee of £3.95 for the first 5 items, then £1 for each additional item returned. will be deducted from your refund.
For example: 1–5 items: £3.95. 6 items: £4.95. 10 items: £8.95. 20 items: £18.95
Please include your original invoice inside the parcel. If you do not have it, include a note with your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Items being returned

Please include your name, order number and details of the items being returned inside the parcel.
If you arrange your own postage, you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Gift Card Option
When using our standard returns portal, you can choose a Girl In Mind gift card instead of a refund to your original payment method.
Customers selecting a gift card will receive a 5% bonus.
Please choose carefully, as once a gift card has been selected, it cannot be changed back to the original payment method or refunded for cash.
Gift cards expire 6 months from the date of issue.
Late Returns
Full-price items returned after 21 days but within 45 days from the date of order may be issued as a Girl In Mind gift card only.
Please use our Late Returns Portal HERE.
The 5% gift card bonus does not apply to late returns.
Returns received after 45 days will not be accepted.
Sale items cannot be returned after 14 days from the date of order.
Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if your order contains a faulty, incorrect or missing item.
Email returns@girlinmind.com with:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Item code
- Details of the problem
- Photos where applicable
You can also report faulty or incorrect items through our Returns Portal HERE.
If we confirm the item is faulty or incorrect, you will not be charged for the return.
Please do not alter or repair a faulty item before contacting us.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you need another size, colour or style, please place a new order through our website.
Non-Returnable Items
Items clearly marked Non-Returnable or clearance cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Items that fail our returns quality checks will not be refunded. These items will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks for you to arrange collection before they may be disposed of.
We cannot accept returns for products originally purchased from another retailer or website.
Refunds
Returns are normally processed within 10 working days of arriving at our warehouse.
You will be notified once your return has been processed.
If you have not received confirmation after this time, please email returns@girlinmind.com with your order number and proof of postage.
Original delivery charges are not refunded under our standard voluntary returns policy.
Please keep your proof of postage until your refund or gift card has been successfully processed.
Girl In Mind reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions of this Returns Policy.
