    DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU?

    Yes you will need to set up an account with Girl In Mind; this however is very quick and simple and will not take too much of your time. Once you have set up an Girl In Mind account your details will be saved on your account making it easier for you when making future orders. You can create an Girl In Mind account now by clicking here or you can start shopping straight away and set up your Girl In Mind account when you want to pay for your basket.  You can change your details by clicking on 'Log In' on the top right hand corner of the Girl In Mind site. Enter your  log in details and you will land on your own account page where you can click on 'Edit My Details' on the left hand menu.

    HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DETAILS ON MY ACCOUNT?

    AM I ABLE TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PAID?

    Girl In Mind are sorry to say but unfortunately you are unable to make any amendment to your order or cancel once payment has been processed. Once you receive your item if you still do not want your order it is easier for the items to be returned. Details on how to do so can be found here https://girlinmind.com/pages/returns

    EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS

    Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer exchanges and replacments.

    I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT TO PAY FOR MY ITEMS?

    If you have a discount code, first of all check that it is still valid. You can then enter your discount code at checkout. Please note you can not use code once order is placed.We can not amend or cancel the order. Please note promotional codes are valid for full price and not valid for sales item.

    CAN I USE MY STUDENT DISCOUNT?

    I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM OR WRONG ITEM?

    If you feel that you Girl In Mind item received is faulty/wrong item you need to get in contact with our Girl In Mind at sales@girlinmind.com, with your full name, order number, description and photograph of the fault.

    Girl In Mind aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as Girl In Mind can within office hours(Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) but Girl In Mind need you to inform us of any faults as soon as you discover them so that Girl In Mind can resolve the issue for you.

    Any faulty item must be pre-approved by Girl In Mind customer care team in the first instance. If you return a faulty item without informing our Girl In Mind customer care team you occur a returns charge and have the item sent back to if Girl In Mind deem the item not faulty. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

    Customers should be aware that there is an expectation that with wear, the odd bead, sequin or embellishments could fall off from time to time. Provided with the Girl In Mind garment at the time of purchase is extra sequins or beads of which you can use to replace any that fall off. If you have not worn the garment and beads, sequins or embellishments are broken or missing, Girl In Mind would consider this item faulty. Please note if any belts or attachments to the items are missing from your returns parcel, we would not accept the return and we will post the item back to you. You will need to inform us as soon as you receive your parcel of any missing/faulty goods.

    FURTHER INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

    The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.
