How Do I Return An Item?

We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem – all returns are easy. If you want to return your item/s, then make sure it's within 14 days of receiving and that the following apply:
- the items are unworn and unwashed
- the items all still have the Girl In Mind tags attached
- there are no make up stains
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted item(s), send with the collection paper which states your order number. Please mark 'R' next to the item you are returning.
Please note that our returns take 10-12 working days to process once your parcel has arrived at our warehouse, you will receive a notification as soon as this process has been completed and we have issued your refund.
Step 1: Please download a copy of the returns form here – DOWNLOAD RETURNS FORM (PDF). Please print out the form, complete it by hand and enclose in the parcel with your returned item/s.
Please complete one form for each order ID number. If you have many items that will not fit on one form, please print out further forms as required. If you are not able to print the form out for any reason, please enclose a copy of your original invoice, and write clearly on the invoice what you are returning, and the reason for return. If you are not able to enclose a return form or copy of your invoice, please write the details on a piece of paper. The details needed would be order number, name, the style references and sizes of garments being returned, and reason for return.
IF YOU HAVE NO ACCESS TO A PRINTER Please write your name and order number on a piece of paper stating why you are returning the item. Insert this note inside your parcel along with your returning items.
Step 2: Return your item(s) in the original packaging, with the tags still attached.
Step 3: Send your items back to the address provided on your invoice. Girl In Mind do not offer a free returns service so you will have to pay to return your items. All returns should be mailed to: Girl in Mind Returns, 88 Cannock street, Leicester, LE4 9HR
Oh, and don't forget to keep proof of postage and tracking number - we'll need this if there are issues with your return.
*Please note we do not cover the cost of carriage, unless the item is faulty or damaged (you must contact us prior to sending faulty items back). In some cases, if proof of return is not provided, we will not be able to process a refund.*
*Due to recent abuse of the returns system, unfortunately we can’t refund exchange or credit note the below returns. Unless discussed prior with customer services
1. Any items that are marked or tainted with make-up, fake tan, body lotions, perfumes or body odours.
2. Any returns over 14 days.
3. Outlet £10 items.
4. Any worn item or tags taken off.
Any items that our quality check team deem as unreturnable will be held in our warehouse for a maximum of 2 weeks, in which the customer must arrange collection for the unreturnable item. If the 2 week mark is surpassed, unfortunately we will have to dispose of the item.
*IF A PARCEL IS RETURNED WITHOUT PAPERWORK ENCLOSED WITH THE GOODS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO IDENTIFY THE SENDER, AND TO THEREFORE ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE PARCEL
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
FAULTY ITEMS/INCORRECT ITEMS
If you feel that your Girl In Mind item received is faulty/wrong item you MUST get in contact with our Girl In Mind at email@example.com, with your full name, order number, description and photograph of the fault.
Girl In Mind aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as Girl In Mind can within office hours(Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) but Girl In Mind need you to inform us of any faults as soon as you discover them so that Girl In Mind can resolve the issue for you.
We cannot refund you more than your original postage cost for faulty items returned to us. Intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty.
