Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day. During busy periods, sales and bank holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
UK Delivery
- Royal Mail 48: £2.95 – approximately 3–5 working days
- Royal Mail 24: £3.95 – approximately 1–3 working days
- DPD: £6.95 – approximately 1–2 working days
FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £75.
For faster delivery options, orders should be placed before 3pm Monday–Thursday.
Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Ireland Delivery
£7.95 up to 2kg
Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days
Customs or import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders over 2kg may require an additional delivery charge.
International Delivery
£15.95 up to 2kg
Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days
Customs, duties or import charges may apply when your parcel reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders over 2kg may require an additional delivery charge.
Delivery Address
Please check your full delivery address and postcode carefully before placing your order.
We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed and cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please email sales@girlinmind.com with your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Tracking number
Missed & Undelivered Parcels
If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place or provide instructions for redelivery/collection.
If you request for your parcel to be left in a safe place, this is at your own risk.
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will refund the order once received back, less any applicable delivery/return costs.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we will raise an investigation with the courier. Courier investigations can take up to 2 weeks.
Once the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we can arrange a replacement, subject to stock availability, or deal with the refund accordingly.

Girl In Mind is closed on weekends and UK bank holidays.
Delivery times may be affected during busy periods, adverse weather, bank holidays or courier delays.
Next Day/Saturday services may not be available to certain UK postcodes.
We currently do not deliver to Channel Islands or BFPO addresses.
